Transportation Assistance

Losing the ability to drive should not mean losing independence. Our transportation assistance provides safe, door‑to‑door rides so clients can continue attending important appointments and outings without relying solely on family.

We help with medical appointments, therapy visits, grocery trips, pharmacy runs, and personal errands. Caregivers assist with getting safely in and out of the vehicle, manage seatbelts and mobility aids, and stay nearby during appointments if support is requested. After each outing, we help carry in and, when appropriate, put away groceries or packages.

This service reduces missed appointments, long gaps between check‑ups, and the stress of arranging last‑minute rides. Families know their loved one is not traveling alone, and clients regain a sense of freedom and connection to the community while remaining in the comfort of home day to day.
